Community Strengthening
Goal: Expand the Kyiv IT Cluster community by attracting new members and creating conditions for effective knowledge exchange
- Attracting companies to the cluster
- Launch of Kyiv IT Events — national IT events aggregator
- Development and publication of an independent rating of IT companies and product companies in Kyiv (SMB)
- Creation of a knowledge exchange platform (regular meetings, conferences, hackathons)
International Cooperation
Goal: Strengthen the international presence of Kyiv IT Cluster by creating new opportunities for collaboration with global partners
- Signing agreements with international partners for startup and investment exchange
- Cluster participation in international events and delegations
- Attracting grant funds for international promotion of member companies
- Launch of our own Kyiv IT Center office in Kyiv
Technical Education
Goal: Develop educational initiatives to prepare highly qualified IT specialists in Kyiv and the region
- Co-organization of accelerators and incubators for developing young IT talents
- Implementation of joint educational projects with leading universities and schools in Kyiv
- Development of Kyiv IT Skills project development strategy
- Launch of a special project with technology partners
Entrepreneurship Development
Goal: Support the development of IT startups and entrepreneurs in Kyiv by providing resources and growth opportunities
- Co-organization of accelerators for IT companies ready for scaling
- Launch of P2P meeting format for C-level IT startup managers
- Launch of a mentoring program involving IT industry experts
- Conducting research on the Kyiv IT startup market and preparing an analytical report
Financial Sustainability
Goal: Ensure long-term financial stability and independence of the cluster
- Development of a comprehensive fundraising strategy
- Creation of a portfolio of grant projects for submission to international donors
- Diversification of funding sources through partnership programs
- Implementation of a stable membership fee model with additional benefits and attracting sponsorship support for key cluster initiatives
